All content on PrEP Shelter — including clinic listings, informational articles, FAQ answers, AI chat responses, and risk assessment results — is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute:

A score suggesting elevated risk does not mean you have HIV, and a low-risk score does not guarantee you are HIV-free. Please consult a healthcare provider for formal testing and clinical guidance.

7. Partner Applications

Clinics and healthcare providers may apply to be listed on PrEP Shelter. By submitting a partner application, you represent that:

• The information provided is accurate and up to date
• You have authority to represent the clinic or organisation
• The clinic is legally registered and licensed to provide healthcare services in Malaysia
• You will notify us promptly of any changes to your clinic's information or services

We reserve the right to accept, reject, or remove any clinic listing at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where the listing contains inaccurate information or the clinic ceases to operate.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PrEP Shelter to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent partner applications
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape excessively, or disrupt the platform
• Use the AI chat assistant to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Impersonate any clinic, healthcare provider, or other person or entity
• Violate any applicable Malaysian law or regulation

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, PrEP Shelter and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Any health outcome arising from information found on this platform
• Inaccurate or outdated clinic information
• Temporary or permanent unavailability of the platform
• Actions taken by clinics listed on the platform
• Errors or omissions in AI chat responses
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
